About this position

The Environment Officer is responsible for implementing and managing environmental systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing guidance on environmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and work for environmental management system.
• Monitor and follow up the result of environment issues to comply with legal and submit report to government.
• Conduct inspection or audit regarding safety and environment items, prepare reports, coordinate resolving items, and follow-up.
• Review, and update environment procedure, and relevant documents to align with ISO14001.
• Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on environment initiatives and necessary changes.
• Prepare sustainability development action towards net zero emissions.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors or leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environment, Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in environmental management and safety management system or related fields.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment (EIA), SHE management system and SHE Law.
• Good in Project management skill and good in Problem solving and decision making.
• Have experience in Automotive manufacturing or have skill training in IATF16949 will be advantage.
• English language required.
