Responsibilities
• To be IT support of specific company, helpdesk, diagnostic the hardware problem as well as break/fix Support in a scope of Desktop, Server, Laptop/notebook, Installation Hardware/Software, Backup data.
• To be handy for support remote implementer from outside Thailand.
• Support in the scope of server, network This requirement is very critical.
• Handling and monitoring IT helpdesk ticketing system.
• Work with regional/global IT team to resolve the issue.
• Communicate with foreigner co worker
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Strong knowledge in Computer Hardware (Desktop, Laptop and Peripherals) Experienced in Microsoft Products (Windows, O365, Active Directory).
• Has good communication skill and service mind.
• Experienced in Mobile Devices OS and Mobile Devices Management (Android, iOS).
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Basic knowledge in Network Field (Routing, Switching).
• Able to work in time manner environment with less supervision.
• Certified with CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in SQL language and Scripting is a plus.
• Good or Fluent in English.
