About this position
Responsibilities
• - บำรุง รักษา และดูแลระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เครื่องแม่ข่าย เครื่องแม่ข่ายเสมือน เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โน้ตบุ๊ก รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ ของกองทุนฯ ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
• - บำรุง รักษา และดูแลระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เครื่องแม่ข่าย เครื่องแม่ข่ายเสมือน รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ
• - ให้คำแนะนำแก่ End User
• - มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน VMware, Veam and Networks
• - ติดตั้งโปรแกรมใช้งานภายในกองทุนฯ เช่น โปรแกรม EDR โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรม Adobe บนเครื่อง clients ให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงาน และดำเนินการ Update Windows Systems และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
• - จัดการสิทธิ์ของ User ต่าง ๆ ให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลแชร์ไฟล์ของแต่ละฝ่ายได้ตามสิทธิ์ที่ตั้งไว้อย่างถูกต้อง
Requirements
• - จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• - มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลระบบแม่ข่ายและการซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย
• - มีความสามารถในการจัดการระบบผู้ใช้งาน (Active Directory) และการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• - มีทักษะในการจัดการข้อมูลและสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบอย่างเหมาะสม
• - มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาระบบ Backup และ Recovery
• - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
• - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่ง IT Administrator หรือในบทบาทที่คล้ายคลึงกัน
