Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving business growth in both local and regional markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs, focusing on high standards of quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Promote the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions in sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year or above of experience in sales and marketing (experience in the IT or logistics industries is a plus).
• Fluency in both Thai and English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with 5S / TPM methodologies.
• Understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Awareness of R2:2013 certification for sustainable electronics recycling.
• Strong safety management knowledge and practices.
• Supervisory skills, including team coaching and development.
