About this position

At Iron Mountain, we are looking for smart, committed people to join us as Account Managers. This role is essential in providing expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, and more, while making a positive impact for our customers and the planet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
