About this position

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing resources, and ensuring efficiency in inventory control and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and benefits.
• Manage warehouse space to maximize its efficiency.
• Controls inventory levels to ensure that products are available for use.
• Control and inspect the quality of goods when they are received into the warehouse.
• Set plan and control the operations of warehouse staff to align with the company's work plan.
• Analyze problems and find solutions, as well as develop strategies to prevent potential risks in the future.
• Monitor and review NCR/CAR issued or received from other departments, including reporting the performance results to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 years or more in logistics, warehouse and transportation management, product and raw material quality inspection.
• Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
