About this position

The Planning Manager is responsible for managing the overall production planning process to achieve the organization’s goals and developing production plans that align with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall production planning process to achieve the organization’s goals.
• Develop short-term and long-term production plans to align with the organization's objectives.
• Monitor and review the operations of the production process to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze issues in the production process and find solutions to resolve them, as well as prevent potential risks in the future.
• Track production performance indicators (KPIs) and risk assessment plans to evaluate operational results.
• Manage and develop the capabilities of the production planning team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years in production planning and control, raw material quantity calculation, and production tracking.
• Knowledge in: Line Balancing, Problem Solving, Capacity Calculation, Coordination, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Safety Stock, Usage Statistics, Forecasting.
• Computer Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency: Good in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
