About this position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, improving, and maintaining machinery and buildings, ensuring efficient maintenance processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan the development, improvement, and maintenance of machinery and buildings.
• Innovate and propose methods for improving the maintenance process to enhance work efficiency and reduce downtime from maintenance.
• Develop work plans and determine the maintenance frequency for machinery and equipment in the factory.
• Supervise the work of the department to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Control and manage the maintenance budget, such as purchasing equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports, including recording the maintenance history of various equipment for future inspections and planning.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing machine maintenance in industrial plants.
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Expertise: Inverters, PLC, Servo drive, Robo cylinder, and understanding the principles of mechanical systems.
• English proficiency: Good level.
