About this position

The Export Officer is responsible for managing export operations, including communication with customers, preparation of necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with both domestic and international customers regarding deliveries.
• Prepare D/O documents for goods clearance, both domestically and internationally, including in industrial estates.
• Prepare the Packing List for exports in industrial estates and arrange for the warehouse team to prepare it.
• Confirm the delivery quantity in the SWAROVSKI system and contact SHIPPING to notify of deliveries in industrial estates.
• Prepare INVOICE / PACKING LIST for sea and air exports.
• Manage BOOKING and export documents for sea and air shipments and send them to the FREIGHT FORWARDER.
• Prepare export customs declaration documents and submit them through the system, including the export permission form (Form Ch.).
• Enter customs declaration data into the IPD SYSTEM for the accounting team and check the Status 04 to forward it to the accounting team.
• Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Lading / Air Waybill.
• Verify the accuracy of the FREIGHT FORWARDER INVOICE and calculate the shipping costs to include in the invoice.
• Prepare documents for tax exemption requests for international customers and origin certificates as requested by customers.
• Prepare documents for clearing goods at the destination and send them to customers via email, along with original documents sent by courier.
• Arrange for product insurance as per customer requests.
• Send product samples via courier.
• Report the responsible data to the department head for monthly KPI target reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related field.
• Experience in import operations or related work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
