Export Manager (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งออก)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Communicate with international customers regarding the export process.
• Review and approve documents used in the export department, including those for internal communication between departments and between the company and customers.
• Prepare necessary personnel and tools for the export department to ensure efficient and adequate operations.
• Define procedures and methods of operation within the export department, including continuous improvement and development to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and manage the performance of employees in the department to ensure that operations meet targets and that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings and perform tasks as assigned by the department to ensure operations align with the company’s standards and goals.
• Analyze and report the performance of KPIs and quality management systems to the QMS department and present findings in scheduled meetings.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree, master's degree in management, Logistics Management, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years as an Export Manager.
• Excellent command of English.
