Senior Group Brand Manager (Hygiene)
About this position
Group Brand Manager will lead and co-develop brand with Head of Brand Building in the setting of marketing strategic plan, brand activation, brand communication to drive brand growth.

MARKETING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
• Develop understanding of categories including market environment, core consumer needs, competitive environment and consumer insights to identify brand objective, brand opportunities, brand roadmap, growth drivers, and brand plan.
• Leverage the understanding to identify key brand drivers and to develop brand strategy to profitably grow the brand
BRAND ACTIVATION AND BRAND COMMUNICATION
• Develop insightful brand activations and integrated marketing communications aligned with brand proposition and brand strategies
Requirements
Qualifications
• More than 15 years’ experience in brand marketing position, FMCG business (preferable in multinational company)
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Attentive to details, able to handle pressure
• Result-driven, innovative and passionate
• Good command of Thai and English
• Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
