Group Category Manager (Group Trade Marketing Manager)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Leading business strategy to develop customer and/or channel investment strategy
• Defining category role and integrating company’s strategy on category and customer marketing plan
• Supervising channel marketing to ensure a success for the designated channel with implementation plan and measurement scorecard related to ROI
• Delivering and managing channel investment plan and budget
• Analyzing market/channel data, competitors’ movement, and program performance, then present findings and recommend future program, and development of plan
• Monitoring P&L with sales team to ensure sales and profit KPIs through the appropriate promotion plan
• Leading integrated brand communications and channel business plan
• Managing and controlling cost and budget for all related activities
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in category management in FMCG, preferably both in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a small team
• Strong analytical skill with strategic thinking and business acumen
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
