Brand Manager (Fabric Care)
About this position
The Brand Manager (Fabric Care) will report to the Group Brand Manager and is responsible for leading and developing the brand in alignment with the marketing strategic plan, brand activation, and brand communication to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
• Reporting to Group Brand Manager, working towards leading and developing brand in the setting of marketing strategic plan, brand activation and brand communication in order to drive brand growth
• Leveraging the understanding to identify key brand drivers and to develop brand strategy to profitably grow the brand
• Developing understanding of categories including market environment, core consumer needs, competitive environment and consumer insights to identify brand objective, brand opportunities, brand road map, growth drivers, and brand plan
• Developing insightful brand activation and integrated marketing communications aligned with brand proposition and brand strategies
• Developing winning product innovation that aligns with brand strategy and market opportunities to address consumer’s needs
• Collaborating with Research & Development and Production to ensure that the new product meets brand objective and quality standard
Requirements
• Proven record of brand marketing, preferably in FMCG business
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinker
• Attentive to details, able to handle pressure
• Result-driven, innovative and passionate
• Good command of Thai and English
• Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
