About this position

ผู้จัดการศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (Depot Manager) รับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการและควบคุมการทำงานภายในศูนย์กระจายสินค้าเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• ดูแลการบริหารจัดการและควบคุมการทำงานภายในศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (Depot) เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• บริหารจัดการทีมงานขายภายในศูนย์และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมงานเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
• วางแผนและกำหนดกลยุทธ์การขายเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและขยายฐานลูกค้า
• ดูแลการจัดการสต็อกสินค้าให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า
• บรรลุยอดขาย / เพิ่มร้านค้าเยี่ยม และร้านค้าซื้อ / กระจายสินค้าให้ทั่วถึง / เพิ่มร้านค้าครอบคลุมในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ
• ออกตลาดเพื่อตรวจสอบ ให้คำแนะนำกับพนักงานขาย
• ประสานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในศูนย์กระจายสินค้าอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการทีมงานและการสร้างแรงจูงใจ
• มีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น MS Office
• หากมีประสบการณ์ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าในธุรกิจ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
