About this position

The Quality Control Section Manager is responsible for organizing laboratory testing activities, maintaining instruments, enforcing company policies, and monitoring analysis performance to ensure quality control of raw materials and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities and work schedules of the product testing based on production programs and delivery requirement.
• Provide of finished products test method.
• Provide trend analysis of testing results of product.
• Review and decision making of all results in analysis worksheet to ensure the result are in trend of analysis.
• Review Analytical Method Validation Protocol/conclusion.
• Coordinate with the third party for proficiency testing, Interlaboratory comparison.
• Review and evaluate the results of Interlaboratory comparison and conclusion.
• Prepare/Update Subcontract testing list and approve service contractors list.
• Prepare of finished product specification, master certificate of analysis and analysis Report, request of reference standards /reagent and helping in any trial assay if necessary.
• Organize and follows up the calibration program of testing equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
• Experience in quality control for raw material/finished product/analytical development at least 5-10 years.
