Office Administration Supervisor
About this position
The Office Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning team and security, managing office maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company registrations and employee documentation.
Responsibilities
• Control and monitor cleaning team / security guard
• Be a contact point for repair and maintenance for office
• Co-ordinate with external suppliers e.g. pest control and etc.
• Maintain/update company registrations and memberships
• Prepare visa & work permit for expat employee
• Responsible for Document Control of HR Department
• Update WI on related task
• Coordinate for new employee card
• Contact government agency related to company's activities
• Others task assign by supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• 5 years experience in this field
• Has facilities management
• Good command of English
• ISO knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Pro-active, and can-do attitude
