Analytical Development Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for development of the analytical method of new and current finished products including physical testing and chemical testing.
• Responsible for development of the analytical method of new and current raw materials including physical testing and chemical testing.
• Responsible for prepare testing monograph of new finished products and new raw materials within specified target.
• Perform physical and chemical testing as assigned by Analytical Development Supervisor or Analytical Development Section Manager.
• Responsible for review report of raw material testing, request for analysis, method development, stability data or other reports as assign within scheduled time.
• Perform analytical method validation protocol, testing and conclusion to meet target.
• Perform process validation testing of new products following process validation protocol.
• Perform cleaning validation testing of new product following cleaning validation protocol.
• Maintain and contact suppliers for preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment within due date.
• Contact suppliers for purchase glassware, reagents and necessary consumable parts for example Acetonitrile, Methanol, Vial, Syringe filter and Filter paper etc.
• Responsible for HPLC instrument such as: apparatus maintenance, HPLC column, back up data and maintain all relevant records.
• Directly supervises analyst, technician, glassware washer and helps to solving problems for analysts in chemical Laboratory.
• Responsible for control stock of reference standard and working standard.
• Trains and supervises some technical work to Analytical Development Technician.
• Reports immediately any abnormalities observed in the work according to working instruction.
• Conducts training and enforces company policies particularly the policy on personnel discipline, GMP, GLP and safety.
• Performs other jobs as may be assigned by AD Supervisor/AD Section Manager.
Requirements
• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy
• Experience in QC min 5 years
• Good command of English
• Good computer skill
