Senior Partnership Officer (National Position)
About this position
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Senior Partnership Officer to support the management of partnerships in Thailand, ensuring compliance with IRC and donor policies while enhancing the capacity of partners.
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of the PEERS system across all areas of partnership management including the pre-award assessment, partner budget review, contracting tool selection, preparation of sub-award reviews through the Opportunity Tracking and Implementation System (OTIS) and other tasks in line with the PEERS process.
• Support the partnership team to manage different aspects of sub-award life cycle management, specifically partner identification and due diligence.
• Conduct partner due diligence, issue and execute partnership agreements, and organize project cycle meetings for partners.
• Review partners’ reporting documents and assist the Partnership Coordinator and Senior Partnership Managers to track partners' internal control systems and documentation processes such as internal and external audits and monitoring.
• Liaise with partners to ensure their program and financial reports are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with IRC program and operations teams in the field and in Bangkok as necessary.
Requirements
• Proven experience in partnership management and capacity building.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management in partnership contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for partnership management.
