About this position

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to oversee pharmaceutical quality assurance and supply chain management in Thailand, ensuring compliance with national regulations and health department policies while supporting health services in refugee camps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical drugs and supplies quantification and ensures that all procured items are in the CP Essential Drug List.
• Ensure drug consumption data is collected at health facilities, aggregated, analyzed and used for forecasting needs of the program.
• Monitor the availability of medical products to avoid stock-outs and financial losses generated by expired items with the support of Country SC team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Health Manager/s to define stock security levels in IRC’s directly implemented facilities.
• Develop stock levels alert (based on an average monthly consumption AMC and morbidity data) in close collaboration with the Warehouse officer(s).
• Gather stock indicators, analyze them and discuss with the Senior Health Coordinator.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical management and supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of national regulations regarding pharmaceuticals.
