About this position

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and enhance the S&OP process, ensuring effective demand and supply planning while aligning with the company's financial targets. This role involves managing production planning, strategic purchasing, logistics, and driving continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and improve S&OP process to effectively facilitate demand & supply planning and to align with company's financial target to be the one plan for management.
• Create and maintain efficient production planning & scheduling that meets customer requirements, minimise cycle times, and ensure effective resources allocation including equipment, materials, and manpower are provided.
• Manage and streamline strategic purchasing plan in accordance with S&OP, from materials, parts, equipment & machine, to services.
• Manage all logistics & warehouse activities including service providers to meet on-time delivery expectations of all customers.
• Initiate, implement, and support end-to-end supply chain operational excellence and drive continuous improvement within the department towards best-in-class process and sound business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply chain & logistics.
• Ability to listen & integrate business needs with detailed technical inputs and sound leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use any ERP system with successful experience in implementation is very advantage.
• Profound knowledge & experience in Planning & sourcing tools is a real plus.
• Good command of English & Thai is a must.
