About this position

Support the Commercial team with a range of strategic projects and data analysis to help achieve our priorities and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Work with members of the Commercial Leadership team on Special Projects and Market Priorities implementation and tracking
• Group & Meeting Outsourcing Pilot
• Loyalty and Digital projects and actions
• Website Content Improvement project
• SEAK Properties Database and Email Grouping project
• SEAK Website Audit Rollout
• Prepare insights for the key performance opportunities being faced to share with commercial team members.
• Work with these team members to build strategies and plans to capture gaps in the market.
• Extended Commercial Team: Commercial Directors (Trading and NHOP), Country Commercial Leads, Sales Team, Revenue Team, Marketing Team, Brand Team
• Possible Wider Interfaces: Operations and General Managers, Hotel Commercial teams – DOSMs / DOMs etc., Human Resources, Finance.

Requirements

• Qualification in reputed undergraduate or graduate programs of Business, Marketing, Brand Management, Real Estate, or equivalent experience.
• Strategic thinking and ability to apply strategic frameworks to problems.
• Understanding of consumer and commercial disciplines (Marketing, Sales etc.)
• Modeling, PowerPoint and report writing skills – proficient in PPT, Excel, Word, Wechat, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Analytics software, Infographics (Canva or the likes).
• “Can do” mindset, able to deal with ambiguity, perseverance, able to adapt and deal with different personality types.
• Critical thinking, intuitive, drive results, set priorities, adaptable, confident, influencer.
• Knowledge of business, real estate, finance, hospitality, or tourism preferred.
• Independent, team player, performance driven.
