Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the Hotel's products or services.
• Enhance brand awareness.
• Drive website traffic.
• Acquire leads/customers.
• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies.
• Use web analytics tools to measure site traffic and performance.
• Optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing and executing digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS (WordPress), and CRM systems is a plus.
• Skillful with design software and technologies (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Soft Skills: Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
