About this position

As Cluster Digital Marketing Manager (Pre-opening) at HIEX & Hotel Indigo Phaya Thai, you will be a key custodian of brand management, responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and directing all marketing, communication, and PR activities through profitable channels.

Responsibilities

• You will be promoting timely, quality and positive communications in order to drive total Hotel revenues year-round.
• You will be developing and driving our owned channels, microsite and brand.com website effectiveness as these are the key to increasing customer loyalty, attracting new business and driving conversion.
• You will manage daily marketing activities, plan and assign work and proactively manage key relationships.
• You will assist in the annual marketing strategy and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities.
• You will create, develop and execute on strategies related to marketing, communication, PR, social media and digital advertising whilst implementing digital marketing strategy through programmes and initiatives to stimulate demand.
• You will leverage all programmes, platforms and initiatives from IHG Corporate for deployment on property through distribution channels, strengthening customer relationships through Social and Earned Media, and monitoring both hotel, outlet and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and strategies.
