About this position
Responsibilities
• The report covers the company's structure, operation, SWOT analysis, product and service offerings and corporate actions providing a 360˚ view of the company.
• Responsible for the Flour Milling segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of wheat flour, bran, buckwheat flour.
• Create productivity of work in fields and lines of responsibility effectively and efficiently and transfer organizational strategies to line personnel. Ready to support corporate management.
• Control work in the flour production line for the standard.
• Supervise and control the work to achieve the planned productivity.
• Solve problems that arise in production. And report results to commandant.
• Manage various tasks in the factory to be complete.
• Participate in the development of production systems and other assignments as assigned.
• Calculate the production cost and make a price list for the sales department to make the wheat flour production formula.
• Analyze the problem, find the cause, solve it, summarize the report and submit to the management.
• Supervise the cost of production. Increase productivity Develop jobs and employees under their command.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical industry / Manufacturing industry/Food science or other related fields.
• 20+ years’ experience in Wheat Flour Mill Business and Production.
• Have the ability to plan production.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC.
• Ability in planning and management Have analytical thinking, rationality.
• Have good English language skills.
• Analyze job problems Solve preventive problems with the parties involved in the production.
