In 2007, the new feed plant was built, to produce and market fish and swine feeds, under the brands, FISH FIRST and PERFEQC.

About this position

The Corporate Accounting & Taxes Division/Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, tax planning, and improving accounting processes to ensure operational integrity and effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the main financial statements in corporate accounting are the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and notes to financial statements for both local and international companies, which give insight into a company’s financial position, performance, and flows to inform decision-making and stakeholder communication.
• Help businesses with compliance and regulatory requirements and maintain legal and operational integrity involving business laws, stock exchange rules, board of investment regulations, revenue department principles and etc.
• Be responsible for and keep up on changing accounting standards and regulations to avoid legal repercussions and to maintain operational standards because you are responsible to shareholders, creditors, and regulatory agencies including businesses risk management and accurate financial reporting, following local and international financial reporting standards.
• Be responsible for statutory compliance and regulatory requirements of accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP and industry-specific regulations as well as setting up compliant accounting structures, coordinating with local teams and recording income, expenses and taxes.
• Covers the financial operations of a business, all things focused on tax planning and tax compliance. It involves calculating taxable income, preparing tax returns and ensuring that businesses comply with tax regulations. Keep up to date with tax laws to reduce your tax burden and avoid legal problems.
• Responsible for setting accounting policies and other related policies. Improve the accounting work processes. Jointly build the system and business operations processes to increase productivity and reduce losses/wastes Including creating and developing personnel to have high potential.
• Evaluating and assessing financial performance, corporate accounting helps identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Other related tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree - Doctoral degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Required CPA
• At least 7 years experiences in Corporate Accounting and Tax planning
• At least 3 years in Board of Investment regulations and related reporting compliances
• Management experience
• Good command in English both written and spoken (External and internal communication, emails, and reporting)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Able to use SAP will be given special consideration.
• Have skills in managing and developing teams.
