With a solid, high-profile reputation based on experience, know-how and a technical capability, the company's main shrimp feed products: INTEQC, NEO , WAVE ,DIAMOND, FRESH and STARTEQC. In 2007, the new feed plant was built, to produce and market fish and swine feeds, under the brands, FISH FIRST and PERFEQC.

About this position

ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์และสุกรขุนมีหน้าที่ดูแลการจัดการฟาร์มสุกรในประเทศไทย, ลาว, เวียดนาม และกัมพูชา โดยมุ่งเน้นการดูแลสัตว์, การฝึกอบรมทีมงาน, และการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• Ensures animals are being cared for daily, including water, feed and health management
• Builds, leads, and trains successful team members to carry out assigned tasks
• Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS); Laws and regulations.
• Assists in controlling costs associated with feed, supply used, and labor
• Sets long and short term targets and goals for breeding and farrowing success
• Maintains accurate number integrity for record keeping
• Coordinates and oversees completion of special projects
• Makes recommendations for operational improvements
• Conducts safety training meetings and ensures employees are working safely
• Performs general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment
• Maintains open line of communication with neighbors who share land boundaries
• Complies with the practices and principals of biosecurity to safeguard the life and health of the animals
• Ensures welfare of animals
• Assists with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master or Ph.D of Science in Animal Science, Agriculture or related field preferred.
• 5 year degree in Agricultural field or equivalent in practical work experience
• Must be on call to work in emergency situations to include but not limited to, power outages or personnel shortages.
• Livestock/swine management and handling Standard maintenance procedures
• Monitor and develop subordinates to insure smooth operation of the farm
• Use production records to facilitate improvements
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Building effective teams and motivating them to achieve high performance
• Optimize breeding farm productivity
