About this position
The Human Resources Associate will manage all HR and administrative functions, primarily focusing on recruitment while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
• To manage all the full functions of HR and administrative functions, with a primary focus on recruitment.
• Other HR duties, such as attendance tracking, conducting phone interviews, and screening applications, are also essential.
• To handle daily tasks will involve handling general HR activities and ensuring smooth HR operations.
• Other duties as may be required sometimes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Min. 2 - 3 years experience in HR and Admin, focus on recruitment.
• Experiences in recruitment agency particular on hiring team leader - Manager level is plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literacy is MUST.
• Strong problem solving skill.
• Able to work under multi-culture work and fast-paced environment.
