About this position

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing machine and manpower management to ensure productivity and effectiveness in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Overall Control management machine and manpower to get ready for productivity out put & effectiveness
• Monitor the production output machine operation and manpower arrangement
• Control & monitoring of each process that prompt to production & meet customer's requirement with high efficiency and effectiveness
• Motivate and develop an awareness of quality & productivity to the production member
• Lead to control and monitoring for corrective action, preventive action
• Control of identify and record on problem relating to product process and quality system
• Liaise with other department to pull part flow with less WIP and Lean.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Faculty of Engineering or related field
• Experience 10 - 15 years in production management in manufacturing
• Your industry experience matches the needs of precision turned part manufacturing process is an essential skill (Automation Industrial)
• Basic knowledge of distribution methods, ERP systems, Planning and costings.
• Have good knowledge of English skills (Writing, Listening and Conversation)
• Strong decision-making skill and a results-driven approach.
