About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to Insider's clients in Thailand
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Insider's platform
• Collaborate with the global technical support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Document and track client issues and resolutions for future reference
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in Thai and English
• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
