Clinical Sales Executive (Healthcare)
About this position
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base in Innoquest Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Actively pursue and secure new corporate customers and clinics for the business.
• Regularly meet with potential and existing customers to present our offerings, address their needs, and close sales.
• Focus on driving sales by following up consistently with potential customers, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
• Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of sales activities, progress reports, and update the commercial team on sales achievements.
• Assist in ensuring smooth delivery of services, working closely with the customer services and scientific teams to meet customer needs.
Requirements
• Degree in Medical technology, or a related Science field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical laboratory or 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, clinical laboratories, or diagnostics.
• Passion for chasing sales targets, meeting customers, and closing deals.
• A customer-first approach, with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate and clinic customers.
• Experience with clinical laboratory services or health screening programs is a plus.
• Deep network within the private healthcare market in Thailand.
• Strong command of English and Thai languages, with excellent communication skills.
