GTO – Customer Service Specialist (2-years assignment position)
About this position
Global Operations for Talent (GTO) is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a 2-year assignment in Bangkok, Bangna. The role involves managing customer orders, maintaining relationships with international clients, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Manage the customer’s orders and ensure for high service level as agreed.
• Establish and maintain relationship with international customer base, track and provide update to customers for order’s progress.
• Deal with customer enquiries within agreed timeframe and handle complaints when arise.
• Deliver an excellent customer services’ experience and support Sales’ Team.
• Develop a trusted and respected partnership both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive in engaging with sales’ orders against forecast for a precise demand planning.
• Engage with IT projects to enhance customer services’ performance.
Requirements
• Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Services.
• Solid experience in Customer Services / Commercial/ International Export B2B environment.
• Strong user of SAP and Excel.
• Experience in implementing Digital tools and systems.
• Tech-savvy and be able to use digital tools and apply in the work settings.
• Experience in exporting procedures.
• Competent in English proficiency.
• Familiar with manufacturing companies’ nature of business.
• Strong customer orientation and sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• International and culturally sensitive.
• Independent, a team-player and be able to deliver within the tight timeline.
