About this position

The Associate Global Quality Documentation is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.

Responsibilities

• Global Quality Documentation Systems – Support implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.
• Training – Support training on new systems and processes. Develop and maintain global documentation training materials, schedules, and records. Support knowledge management of global document teams identifying and addressing training needs.
• Project Team Member – Key team member for global documentation projects.
• Customer Support - Interact and respond to customers as necessary in a professional and positive manner leading to a positive experience for our customer in every interaction.

Requirements

• English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Bachelors or Associates degree or demonstrated experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.
• Confirmed ability to work well independently with minimal supervision; actively seeks mentorship when needed to maintain progress on assignments.
• Experience leading and/or working on projects.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training.
• Excellent computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based applications, experience with SalesForce, Intelex, SAP and TraceGains is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify and implement creative, innovative solutions when appropriate.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
