About this position
Responsibilities
• Investigate and analyze for root cause of danger, illness, work interruption and report from the inspection results.
• Ensure company employees are followed safety guidelines and laws.
• Advise and train employees to prevent from unsafe acts in compliant with preventive measurements.
• Assess risks on safety, occupational health and working environment.
• Recommend for solutions to the team to prevent the incident proactively.
• Produce statistics' data and report to the management team.
• Assist in the organization of awareness campaigns regarding safety and trainings.
• Analyze jobs to identify hazards and determine preventive measures and safe working procedures to present to the team.
• Assist in improving of contractor management process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety role with manufacturing industry.
• Good for both of written and spoken English.
• Good communication skill.
• Problem solving and decision making is advantage.
