About this position

As Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our incredible Global TA team, and play a key role to elevate the Talent Acquisition function to meet the hiring demands of our growing organisation with focus on Thailand, and occasionally other countries in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage E2E Recruitment - Handle the full recruitment cycle: create compelling job postings, post jobs, source and screen candidates, develop interview strategies, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and manage preboarding.
• Business Partnering - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent. Communicate effectively, provide great customer service, and stay updated on market trends to advise accordingly.
• Talent Advisor - Stay abreast of talent market trends and challenges of the external competitive environment, and advise hiring managers and HR accordingly, and build networks with external industry sources to identify qualified passive candidates. Enthusiastically provide information, as needed, to both internal employees and external candidates, while always representing the department and company in a professional manner.
• Candidate Management & Talent Pipelining - Use tools like social media, networking sessions, and career fairs to find active and passive candidates to expand the candidate pool. Build trust with candidates and represent the Ingredion brand. Coach hiring managers and HR partners to do the same.
• Data management - Demonstrate data integrity in the ATS (Workday) and ensure consistent ATS utilisation & updates to meet compliance and business needs as well as HR reporting.
• Vendor management - With approval of TA Leader, engage preferred third-party recruiting agencies for difficult to fill requisitions and/or as an additional candidate source during peak requisition volume periods. Manage relationships with the key partners.
• TA Projects - Lead and support projects either in country, regional or global.

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment – ideally in-house environment
• Experience recruiting in any manufacturing or any MNC/FMCG industry is preferred
• Expert in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks/ tools, passive sourcing strategy for talent search and pooling
• Trusted talent advisor with ability to provide talent market trends, challenges of the external competitive environment
• Able to provide recruitment strategy and consultation to hiring managers and HR
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience in rolling out improvement projects and initiatives
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Thai (mandatory)
