The Human Resources Specialist position at the Bangna Corporate Office involves delivering, coordinating, and implementing local administrative HR tasks while providing front-line support for various HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Deploy services that are required to be executed at a local level.
• Manage internal HR communication.
• Support and manage local training logistics.
• Drive employee engagement activities and local community relations.
• Responsible for local immigration processes including application for work pass and dependents for foreign employees.
• Coordinates responses to government surveys and requests for information.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
