About this position

The Ingredion Global Talent for Operations (GTO) Program is designed to provide high-caliber early-in-career talent with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated global experiences to build a superior foundation in Operations and develop robust leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

As a GTO Trainee, you will take part in a 3-years rotational program as part of a global cohort in one track: Production / manufacturing.
During the program, you will take on a new role every 12 months – building your technical skills and personal capabilities along the way through on-the-job learning and development, strategic project work, and instructor-led trainings focusing on a new theme each year:
• Year 1: Technical Foundations
• Year 2: Personal Development
• Year 3: Leadership Development

• Process Engineering
• Continuous Improvement
• Maintenance / Reliability
• EHSS
• Quality
• Production Planning
• Lead / Supervisor
• Corporate Engineering
• Relevant International Assignment
• Cross-Functional Assignment
Locations of the global cohort you will work together with:
• North America (Canada / Mexico / United States)
• South America (Brazil / Colombia)
• APAC (China / Thailand)
• EMEA (Germany / Pakistan)

Requirements

Qualified Candidates Will Have
• A bachelor’s degree in any of engineering disciplines to align with the cohort track (production / manufacturing).
• 0 – 3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability and willingness remain geographically mobile (e.g., moving at least 1 time) throughout for 3-years program.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports.
• Proven analytical problem solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Fully fluent speaker in Thai language (verbal and written) and fluent in English.
