Responsibilities
• Manage pre-sale and/or post-sale technical support activities
• Assess how company products meet customer needs
• Prepare product specifications for development and installation of customized applications/solutions
• Establish and maintain lines of communication with design engineering
• Work with marketing and product managers to define new products
• Provide insight from the field back to relevant groups
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient operation of the function
