About this position

PT Pamerindo Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the regional product management team and support digital operations, collaborating with event teams and external contractors to ensure the seamless functioning of digital products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and configuration of digital applications.
• Collaborate with events teams to gather user requirements on digital systems.
• Perform system testing and provide feedback.
• Support project management and track project tasks.
• Event onsite preparation and support.
• Handle professional email correspondence, including sending and responding to messages.
• Maintain and manage data using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Assist in any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant digital system usage experience.
• Strong organizational and task-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate user requirements into documentation.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Goal-oriented, with a mindset of solving problems and achieving benchmarks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English required.
