About this position

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing IE standards and KPIs and improving Project Management.

Responsibilities

In your new role, you will:
• Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve operational Excellence.
• Drive the implementation of IE standards and KPIs and the actual improvement in Project Management, Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M), and Area(A) Efficiencies.
• Drive the Standard Project Management system implementation and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site.
• Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at the BE segment/site, including executing current year-defined measures and securing mid/long-term productivity pipelines.
• Drive the implementation of the Automation Roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure/long-term productivity needs.

Requirements

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering
• 1+ years’ experience as an Industrial Engineer and fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Capable to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication in English
• Expert presentation skills.
