About this position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fintech leader who excels in developing advanced fintech solutions and integrating them within an established telecommunications IT environment. This role demands a blend of innovative thinking, technical expertise, strategic analysis, and hands-on development skills to ensure successful collaboration with financial partners and effective solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fintech solutions tailored to a marketplace and lead generation model.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of fintech solutions.
• Utilize modern development frameworks and languages suitable for fintech applications.
• Collaborate with telecommunications IT teams to integrate fintech solutions within their existing infrastructure.
• Understand and navigate telecom-specific protocols, systems, and environments.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between fintech platforms and telecom services.
• Conduct comprehensive business and technical analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Emphasize cost-effective approaches within a fintech and telecom context.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within fintech and telecom integration.
• Develop strategic, technical solutions that address current and future business needs.
• Utilize strategic thinking to drive the development and implementation of impactful solutions.
• Act as an individual contributor, taking a hands-on approach to coding and development.
• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices in software development.
• Lead by example through active involvement in the development process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and telecom IT specialists.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate smooth project execution by bridging the gap between fintech and telecom domains.
• Lead technical solution design discussions with vendors and internal teams.
• Review code and design from vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in both fintech and telecommunications industries.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
