About this position

The Sr Officer-Prepaid Operation & Budget Management at IM3 in Bali Nusra is responsible for managing and overseeing program delivery to the MPC within a specific region area. This role involves collaborating with teams to optimize cluster performance, ensuring MPC profitability, and devising innovative distribution plans and strategies within the sales market or area.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning:
• Translating Revenue into Monthly/Weekly Allocations: based on target sales
• Propose program trade marketing to Retail Outlet to fill the gap of Revenue Achievement
• Sales Management
• Delivering and monitoring Program to MPC including Performance Report (Revenue, Gross Add, etc)
• Responsible of weekly allocation and distribution to all cluster in District / Region Area
• Collaboration with MPC team, especially to ensure performance of Cluster and MPC
• Monitoring & Involve in technology Project (collaboration with team technology Project, Technical, etc) and ensure MPC Profitability (P&L)
• Create new distribution plan & strategy in sales area
• Team Collaboration
• Help Sales Area Managers (SAMs) and MPCs to monitor and review KPI and drill down into action plan and daily operation
• Engage with SAMs to give support in term of Target Achievement
• Provide SAMs requirement’s in case of if they didn’t meet the monthly target of Revenue
• Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by Channel Operation Manager
• Reporting & Analysis
• Analyze performance MPC by tracking & monitoring Performance Distribution Score & KPI MPC
• Reporting performance to all SAM & MPC : Daily – Weekly - Monthly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related field
• Understanding in Market Segmentation, especially in East Java and Bali Nusra
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing area
• Proven record in handling operational of channel distribution
• Data processing skill and able to use Power BI
• Good Competency in Sales, Territory Management and Marketing Skill
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali office
