About this position
The Head of Branch Sales Maluku & Ambon 3ID (Ambon) is responsible for managing sales area performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring target achievement through effective coordination and motivation of the Distribution Partner team.
Responsibilities
• To manage sales area performance cooperate with Distribution Partner
• Lead all resource at sales area level and to ensure all running well align to target
• Coordination with other support function to ensure target achievement
• Manage & motivate Distribution Partner team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility)
• Tracking & monitoring Distribution Service daily
• Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution
• Manage sale team to implementing merchandising guideline
• Leading sales team to achieve target
• Coordination & Motivation team everyday
• Executing trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales Area
• Manage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income)
Requirements
• Contract based (PKWT under Indosat)
• Preferably someone whose home-base in Sulawesi and willing to travel within areas
• Background education min. S1 Bachelor degree in any major
• Sales Experience min 5 years, with managerial experience in Telecom / FMCG / BFSI sector in Indonesia; SME experience is a plus
• Have experience in Managing sales team, monitoring, analysis, evaluation
• Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitors
• Successful track records of delivering sales in line with budgets
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Possess customer & result orientation perspective
• Understand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet
• Understand & implementation SIS & others sales application
• Establishment of sales territory
