FTTH Sales Manager
About this position
Oversees sales activities within assigned home pass areas, managing both door-to-door and sales partner channels. Focuses on achieving sales targets, including gross adds with good quality customers, and supports regional goals.
Responsibilities
• Analyze market competitive landscape, trends and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Supervise and support the sales team, including team leaders and account executives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Document sales activities and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Maintain relationships with partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Experience in analyzing sales data and developing strategies based on insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
