About this position

The Total Rewards position is responsible for evaluating and modifying compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, supporting HR activities, and managing daily operations related to compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs such as merit increase, Performance bonus guideline, retention, promotion together with policies and procedures align with current situation in market.
• Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Support the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Responsible for all budgeting & reporting requirements, analytics and dashboards for the Rewards & HR Operations function and consolidation of overall department budget and ensure adherence to yearly plan.
• Monitor and conduct annual remuneration survey and generate market data comparison and provide standard analysis reports.
• Being part of project team and involved in evaluates and implementation of global project.
• Participate in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Manage C&B daily operation.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or management.
• Minimum 10 years of solid working experience in HRM with extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Hands on experience in payroll and benefit administration.
• Strong time management ability with strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to apply concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong understanding on Qualitative and quantitative analytics methods.
• Strong work ethic: Disciplined, hardworking, and dependable.
• Enjoy Individual contribution role.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the human resources compensation field and understanding of compensation practices and trends.
• Knowledge in Job Evaluation methodology e.g., HAY, MERCER IPE and be able to make role clarification documents would be preferred.
• Experience with Pay-Setting and Compensation, Benchmarking, and Salary Survey.
• Excellent proficiency with advance Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fast response, well organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
