About this position
The Secretary will be responsible for managing documents, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating various administrative tasks within the office.
Responsibilities
• To operate in-out documents (Expense, Petty Cash, Memorandum including typing as assignments)
• To set up meeting with Head of Divisions, expats, customers and supplies
• To make reports and presentations as assignments
• To book and arrange an accommodation, transportation and fight tickets
• To keep and control all expenses in GM office
• To coordinate with related division
• To be member of MPR
• Guest reception
• Other assignments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years experience as Secretary
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
