About this position
Responsibilities
• To operate in-out documents (Expense, Petty Cash, Memorandum, Proposal etc.)
• To set up meeting with Head of Divisions, expats, customers and suppliers
• To make reports and presentations as assignments
• To book and arrange an accommodation, transportation and flight tickets
• Guest reception
• To coordinate with related division
• Other assignments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related field
• Have education background from Secretary college will be an advantage
• 3 years experience as Secretary
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
