About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of secretarial duties and administrative support to management.
• Manage and maintain executive schedules and calendar arrangements.
• Prepare and prescreen document before passing to Executive.
• Prepare various reports, presentations and other documents for the meetings.
• Arrange all domestic and overseas travel such as flight tickets, hotel reservations and transportation, and business trips.
• Handle expenses reimbursement and other expenses.
• Coordinate with other departments and external parties for the meeting and other purposes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to management level.
• Good command of English.
• Strong in organizing, coordinating, prioritization, and communication.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical ability to read, extract and work with data.
• Responsible, interpersonal, mature and energetic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
