About this position
Indorama Ventures is seeking a Guest Relation and Administration professional to provide exceptional customer service and support administrative functions within the company.
Responsibilities
• Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Provides information and knowledge to gallery attendees and keeps the audience engaged.
• Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
• Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.
• Support administrative work, company events or related activities to ensure its run smoothly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the administration field.
