About this position

The GPO - Recruitment and Onboarding (SuccessFactors) is responsible for the SF ROB module and its further development, providing guidance and support for local HR to adopt the ROB module.

Responsibilities

• Improve ROB adoption based on agreed KPIS
• Connect with local HR to promote the module
• Initiating ROB module changes and improvements
• Becoming a front-end expert for the ROB module
• Connecting with newly hired HR ROB admins/Recruiter for an initial walkthrough of the module
• Initiate, discuss and decide on changes in the design, when required (due to half-yearly SF release updates, IVL needs, Service requests)
• Support in the roll-out of SF to new entities (providing walkthrough of the module)
• Review and update training documents
• Point of contact for Accenture to discuss and review half-yearly SF release updates or other approvals
• Supporting and improving the ROB adoption process (eg facilitating focus group discussions, preparing additional documents, guidelines, communications

Requirements

• Ability to be persuasive, encouraging and motivating towards key stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable, ability to work in ambiguous situations
• Good at problem solving
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Basic understanding of data privacy and cyber security
• Understanding of change management
• Higher Education in Business Administration/Human Resources
• Proficient written and spoken English language skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SF ROB Adoption
• Experience as recruiter or recruiting as HR Generalist
• Interest in technical aspects of HR management tools
• Experience working with international teams
