Global Compensation Lead
About this position
The Global Compensation Lead is responsible for implementing and monitoring global rewards initiatives across the organization, analyzing and recommending pay ranges, and supporting various projects within COE Rewards.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to implement and monitor global rewards initiatives across the organization in coordination with HRBPs / other relevant stake holders.
• Responsible for analyzing and recommending pay ranges, merit matrix, budget for assigned compensation program in IVL as well as support in researching, gathering, and analyzing relevant data within COE Rewards's various projects/initiatives.
1. Data analytics, Salary Review
• Research & gathers, compiling data from various perspective e.g. current records, market-based compensation surveys; use relevant data analysis techniques to assess results and key findings for pertinent topics.
• Conduct data analysis to determine competitive compensation ranges for each group of employees e.g. Expats, IBC which might be benchmarking with market.
• Actively contribute to building new reports, trackers, and databases related to HR and compensation.
• Conduct analysis of global annual pay reviews including, merit movement, comp-ratio and other metrics as needed.
2. Global roll out of Job evaluation project
• Being part of project team and involve in evaluates and implementation of global job evaluation project.
3. COE Rewards ongoing work and projects
• Prepare merit matrix, budget scenarios. Support in executing salary reviews for senior executives/expatriates.
• Working with COE Rewards team to provide support normal/on-going work e.g. relevant tasks related to salary revision process, LTI & STI payout analysis for senior members.
• Assist with other COE Rewards projects and special reports required from time to time.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or management. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years in C&B function. Out of which at least 3 years in Corporate C&B, Regional C&B lead. Consultant background is preferred.
• Strong understanding on Qualitative and quantitative analytics methods.
• Strong work ethic: Disciplined, hardworking, and dependable.
• Enjoy Individual contribution role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient and expert with Microsoft Office Excel and similar software for analytics e.g. pivot, power BI.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the human resources compensation field and understanding of compensation practices and trends.
• Knowledge in Job Evaluation methodology e.g. HAY, MERCER IPE and be able to make role clarification documents would be preferred.
• Experience with Pay-Setting and Compensation, Benchmarking, and Salary Survey.
